If you don’t know your 4WD / AWD capabilities and you yourself are not familiar with 4WD / AWD techniques, then doing a Nationally Recognised 4WD / AWD driver training course is for you. Gain confidence as you learn the capabilities and limitations of you 4WD or AWD vehicle. We offer an introduction to off road driving to those who want to learn new skills or prehaps refresh old ones. Our 4WD or AWD courses are structured so you can practise reading different types of terrain, negotiating obstacles and much more in a controlled and safe enviroment with one of our qualified trainers

Thank you for considering Follow Me 4WD. Follow Me 4WD is a privately run organisation delivering both accredited and non-accredited courses to industry and individuals in SA. Ricky & Annie created Follow Me 4WD in 2006 with an aim to provide quality training in a range of four wheel drive associated subjects. Their dedicated staff bring years of knowledge and training experience with them to assist in this aim. All staff recognises the rights of students/clients and provides information, advice and support that are consistent with our core business values and this Code of Practice. Regardless of cultural background, gender, sexuality, disability or age you have the right to study in an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment and be treated in a fair and considerate manner while you are studying with us. If, at any time, you feel that we are not abiding by our Code of Practice then report your complaints to the supervisor/trainer or the training manager, or complete our complaints form.

Risk Management Policy

Follow Me 4wd is very well aware of its duty of care to all of its customers. With this in mind it promises, to always be mindful of potential risks and hazards. Management and Staff are aware of their responsibilities, and have made the commitment to the Business not only to complete their daily tasks safely but also to be watchful for any problem, which may arise. In the event of an accident or incident the details will be reported and recorded, with a view to preventing recurrence.

Information, Advise & Support

We provide and support the following services within our Code of Practice: Provision for language, literacy & numeracy assessment We provide provisions for language, literacy and numeracy assessment on request. We also monitor the needs of our client’s language, literacy and numeracy skills through our induction process, application & enrollment forms, and interviews. Client support All of our clients are in-house students and therefore very little external support is required. However, the support we offer includes RPL assessment; options in learning; guidance via the instructor(s) on site; one on one tutoring; and information on our web-site. Flexible learning and assessment procedures. All students have the right to be trained and assessed in a flexible manner. Please feel free to discuss your individual needs with your instructor. No matter what your requirements, we should be able to come to a mutually agreeable training and assessment regime for you.

It was a great day/s for the towing then later the 4WD 2 day course. Thoroughly enjoyed it and it’s helped us no end to gain that extra bit of confidence we need. Ricky was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend the courses.
